How Long Does Shipping Take?

We offer Free Shipping on all our orders. An Express Shipping option will also be shown to you at checkout.

Our Free Shipping includes Tracking and usually takes:

Europe: 3-7 business days


USA/Canada: 7-12 business days


South America: 7-12 business days

Middle East: 7-12 business days

Asia: 7-12 business days

Australia/NZ: 7-12 business days

Everywhere else: 7-12 business days

Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?

We prepare your order immediately and you will only have a limited window to amend or cancel your order. We usually ship orders within 24h-48h, sometimes even sooner on business days.
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please use the live chat on the bottom right corner of our website pages and we will do our best to ammend your order.

Can I Return My Order?

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. All returned or exchanged items must be in an unworn condition and packaged in its original box.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  All pieces must arrive in perfect condition. Lost returned items can not be refunded so we suggest you use a tracking service.

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason please contact us at hello@negru-jewelry.com so we can send you the return shipping address.

All discounted items are final and can not be returned or exchanged. This includes items that are bought with a Sale Discount Code but not the WELCOME discount upon signing up for our Newsletter.
