We offer Free Shipping worldwide on all orders. Depending on item availability, we ship from Doha, Qatar, or our European jewelry studio.

Free Shipping includes Tracking. Check product details for estimated shipping time to your location, or refer to the list below.

All brokerage fees are included for Free shipping as well as for Express shipping. However Negru Jewelry is not responsible for customs fees or taxes incurred from importing goods – these are payable by recipient upon delivery.

We ship the items listed at full retail value. If a package is denied entry by customs and returned to us we will refund the cost of the item, but shipping charges are not refundable. 

 

RETURNS 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All discounted items are final and can not be returned or exchanged. This includes items that are bought with a Sale Discount Code but not the WELCOME discount upon signing up for our Newsletter.


To start a return, you can contact us at hello@negru-jewelry.com and let us know which item you wish to return.

We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  All pieces must arrive in perfect condition. Lost returned items can not be refunded so we suggest you use a tracking service.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is received, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not depending exclusively on the state of the item (unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
